Home bred Oldenburg gelding  proudly offered for sale. Rio is just started under saddle and is doing great.  He is sound and has a gentle, people loving disposition. He is a Holsteiner approved by the ISR Oldenburg.
 His half sister (same dam) is the Champion Trakehner Beginning Novice horse for 2005.  His full sister Starlite scored 8.1 - Premium at the Oldenburg inspections fall 2005.  

His dam, Nell de March,  is a thoroughbred mare in the main mare book of the Oldenburg.  She showed locally in dressage and hunter before we bred her.  She has produced 3 premium foals.

His sire, Royal Appearance, was Reserve Champion of the East Coast American Young Jumper Championship Finals.  He is Approved by the ISR Oldenburg placing 4th overall at the 2000 100-day Stallion Performance test with 121.16 points.
